Christine Elizabeth Decker

Christine Elizabeth Decker, 26, of Strongstown, PA, passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2020 in Indiana Regional Medical Center.

The daughter of Ronald L. Decker and Carol S. (Peluchette) Decker; she was born in Natrona Heights, PA on October 1, 1993.

Christine enjoyed riding bikes, shopping, and helping her father work on projects. She loved her stuffed animals and loved her nieces and nephews.

Christine is survived by her parents, Ronald and Carol Decker of Strongstown; a paternal grandmother, Vivian Decker of Blairsville; sisters, Addie Lynn Decker of Bedford, and Rebecca Kasey Mack (Zane) of Strongstown; step sisters, Rhonda McGuire of Vandergrift, and Molly Mibroda of Brush Valley; a step brother, Samuel McAtee of Bairdford; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Larry Decker; maternal grandparents, Laverne and Maryjane Peluchette; and an uncle, David Peluchette.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 6:00 P.M. Sunday at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. A funeral service will be at 6:00 P.M. Sunday at the funeral home with Certified Celebrant Kealey M. Smartnick officiating.

Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
