Danny Kitchen

Danny Kitchen, 61, of Indiana, passed away Monday, Feb. 10, 2025, at Indiana Regional Medical Center.

A son of the late Court Kitchen, Sr. and Grace Ella (Hankinson) Iseman, he was born June 10, 1963, in Indiana.

Danny proudly served his country in the United States Army. He would proudly tell you his biggest blessing in life was being a father to his daughter, Jewel. Danny was a Land Consultant with JWCI and was a hard worker who always did the right thing. If you knew Danny, you knew what unconditional love was. He was an avid golfer and was always in a good mood when he came home after taking his friends’ money following a round or two of golf. Danny will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his daughter, Jewelene Mardis; a brother, Court Kitchen, Jr.; and a niece, Kara Kitchen.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Clint Kitchen.

Family and friends will be received from 11 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 14, 2025, at Robinson-Lytle-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 36 N 7th Street, Indiana, with Pastor Jack Lucas officiating. Military honors will be provided by the Blairsville Military Service Group.
