Darlene Mae Bartow

Darlene Mae (Henderson) Bartow, 75, of Bolivar, PA passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2020 at her home.

The daughter of Cecil and Margaret (Short) Henderson, she was born December 17, 1944 in Bolivar, PA.

Mrs. Bartow lived her entire life in Bolivar and was a homemaker.

She enjoyed crafts, cooking, baking, going shopping and spending time with her family.

Surviving are two children, son, Michael J. Bartow of Latrobe and daughter, Susan L. (Charlie Boring) of Bolivar; granddaughter, Adrien Cameron, great granddaughter, Alyssa Mae Sue Cameron, brother, Thomas E. Henderson (Dora) of Evansville, IN, several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Charles J, Bartow in 1999, sister, Cecilia Mitchell and two brothers, Lee Henderson and Gary L. Henderson.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon Wednesday, October 14, 2020, at the First United Methodist Church, Bolivar, where a funeral service will be held at 12:00 Noon with Mr. Robert Krouse officiating.

Interment will be in West View Cemetery, Bolivar, PA.

Due to re-implemented government regulations, only 50 people are permitted at one time in the church.  You may experience a slight wait upon your arrival.  Masks or face covering will be required upon entry into the church as per the CDC guidelines.
