Donna Lou Soler

Donna Lou (Weik) Soler, 90, of Clarksburg, PA died on Sunday, December 15, 2024, in St. Andrew’s Village, Indiana, PA.

The daughter of Dennler C. and Anna Martha (Dixon) Weik, she was born on December 5, 1934, in Livermore, PA.

Donna was a graduate of Saltsburg High School, Class of 1955. She worked at Robertshaw Fulton Company, Indiana for 10 years, retiring in 1965.

She attended the Christian & Missionary Alliance Church, Blairsville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband of 57 years, James A. Soler on March 27, 2023, her sister, Martha Ann Williams, and her brother, Dennler C. Weik, Jr.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 22, 2024, from 4 to 6 PM at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Monday at 11 AM with Rev. John Buchmann officiating.

Interment will be in the Edgewood Cemetery, Saltsburg.
