Eva Louise Cravotta

Eva Louise (Grassoni) Cravotta, 91, of Black Lick, died on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 in her home.

She was the daughter of Julius Grassoni and Louisa (Bevilacqua) Grassoni; she was born on April 23, 1929 in Indiana, PA.

Eva was a member of Our Lady of the Assumption Parish, Coral site, the Sodality of St. Francis, and the Black Lick Fire Department Women’s Auxiliary.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, dancing, and listening to all kinds of music.

She is survived by her daughters, Denise L. Rowley (Roy) of Black Lick, and Phyllis E. Cravotta of Josephine; granddaughters, Sarah Palmer and Felecia Rowley (fiancé Jacob Vanyo); and several nieces and nephews.

Eva is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Philip J. Cravotta, who died in 2007; a daughter, Yvonne M. Cravotta, who died in 2010; a brother, Joseph Grassoni; sisters, Mary Pernici, Jenny Cerovich, Emma Yanoschick, Della Fiveash, and Geneva Wolford.

As per Mrs. Cravotta’s wishes a memorial mass will be schedule at a later date along with a graveside service.

Inurnment will take place in St. Francis Cemetery, Coral, PA.
