Ilene M. Reagan-Auen

Ilene M. Reagan-Auen, 85, of Indiana, PA, formerly of Blairsville, passed away on Monday, December 19, 2022, at Indiana Regional Medical Center.

The daughter of George M. and Violet A. (Falkosky) Reagan, she was born January 5, 1937, in Greensburg, PA.

Ilene graduated from Greensburg High School, Class of 1956 and worked many years as a bookkeeper for the Indiana County Constable.

Ilene was a member of SS Simon & Jude Roman Catholic Church, Blairsville, member and Past Matron of Blairsville Chapter #166 Order of the Eastern Star.  She was also a past President and former member of B.P.W. and member and past President of the Blairsville Elks #406 Ladies Auxiliary.

She enjoyed bowling, golf, and painting.

Surviving are two stepchildren, Dean K. Auen of Karthaus, PA and Daryl (Bob) Seitz of Sewickley, step-grandson, Josh Seitz, a cousin, Donna Grifana of Greensburg, a special friend, Donna Kislak of Blairsville and her Buddy “Bo”.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Gene C. Auen on February 25, 2005, one brother, George T. Reagan in 1976 and two stepsons, David and Donald Auen.

Family and friends will be received on Monday, December 26th from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. where a Wake Service will be held on Monday at 7:30 PM. Prayers of Transfer will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday at 9:30 AM followed by a funeral Mass in the SS Simon and Jude Church at 10:00 AM with Rev. Stephen R. Bugay, celebrant.

Interment will be in the Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Greensburg.

Eastern Star services will be held in the funeral home on Monday at 6:30 PM.
