Mary Louise "Mary Lou" Ganoe

Mary Louise “Mary Lou” or “Louie” (Graham) Ganoe, 94, of Brush Valley, passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at Heritage Grove.

A daughter of the late John H. and Hazel (Blackley) Graham, she was born March 1, 1931, in Brush Valley. Mary was a homemaker and a member of the Gospel Community Church. She absolutely loved her grandchildren. Mary enjoyed baking, passing along a lifetime of recipes.

She is survived by a daughter, Kathy Twigg, of Brush Valley; four grandchildren: Danny Green and wife Jen, of Homer City; Heather Syster, of Glen Campbell; Holly Green, of Indiana and Brianne Stephens and husband Michael, of Brush Valley; nine great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, George R. Ganoe; a daughter, Cindy Green; five brothers and three sisters. Mary was the last surviving sibling of her family. 

Services are private and will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are with the assistance of Robinson-Lytle-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 36 N. 7 th Street, Indiana.
