Michael C. Burtyk

Michael Charles Burtyk, 71, of Clarksburg, PA passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2020 in Scenery Hill Manor, Indiana, PA.

The son of Charles A. and Sara G. (Solley) Burtyk, he was born January 28, 1949 in Aultman, PA.

Mike graduated from Indiana High School, Class of 1966 and was a veteran of the Air Force having served in the Vietnam War.

He worked as an automobile mechanic and enjoyed riding and working on motorcycles.

He was loved by his family and friends.

Surviving are his longtime companion, Diana Hill of Clarksburg; special granddaughter, his gum drop, Ashley; two sisters, Darlene Palmer of Blairsville and Cindy Foreman of Black Lick; two special nephews, Eric Palmer of Latrobe and Jerry Blatt of Homer City and several other nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Richard Burtyk.

As per the wishes of Mike, there will be no visitation or service.
