Nancy M. Fircetz

Nancy Marie (Davis) Fircetz, 76, of Black Lick, PA died on Thursday, January 4, 2024, at her home.

The daughter of Mae Shetler, she was born on February 12, 1947, in Indiana, PA.

Nancy loved to go to the casinos and dog races.

Surviving are four children, Tony A. Sleasman (Jennifer) of Blairsville, Sherry L. Robinson (Dennis) of Black Lick, Joseph E. Sleasman (Staci) of Blairsville, and Vince E. Sleasman (Mindy) of Black Lick; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Joseph in 2016, two sons, Domer Sleasman and James Sleasman, two great granddaughters, Nellie Mae, and Gabrielle Diamond, two brothers, Bill Davis, and Harry Davis, and four sisters, Zella Mikeska, Betty Waldron, Diane Haight, and Sandy Mae Marchitelli.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, January 7, 2024, from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM at the Shoemaker Funeral Home, Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, PA. A funeral service will be held on Monday at 2 PM in the funeral home with Pastor Matthew Schwender officiating.

Interment will be in the Luther Chapel Cemetery, Coral.
